About Us

WaterCrest collectively is comprised of several active emergency medical service providers. Two of our creators are Paramedics and the remaining family is comprised of three EMT-B's. Cumulatively, we have well over 45 years of experience in the emergency medical field, including 44 years directly related to fire service. We are located in Northern Minnesota approximately forty five miles east of Fargo, North Dakota. The creation of our products arose out of need and necessity in daily situations which involve extreme conditions and environmental issues that we all are faced with on a daily basis.

Once we have identified a situation that seems to be lacking effective and timely results, we proceed to institute new innovative ideas. This coupled with extensive field research insures the plausibility of a new product. We began to brainstorm on a solution to enhance our brothers and sisters work environment. Our goal is to provide them with products that have a real need and yet are NOT currently on the market.

Each of our products is field tested in "Real Life Conditions" to ensure the idea translates into an effective tool. We gather input from our fellow colleagues by taking a large cross-section of emergency professional's ideas and opinions. This feedback helps to refine our products to the intended venue of emergency services.

We are very proud to be the recipient of two "Jems Hot Products of the Year" awards. One in 2007 for the Hand-E and our latest product the “Six-Pak” back board cart in 2009!
